His global experience includes senior roles with Transport UK Group, Royal Commission for Riyadh City, MTR Corporation, SNC-Lavalin, and Bombardier, where he held leadership positions such as Regional Director – Middle East and Chief Country Representative (GCC).

He has successfully structured and negotiated complex commercial partnerships, including PPP, PFI, EPC, Turnkey, and Export Development Credit models. His expertise in contract negotiation, claims management, and project restructuring is exemplified by his pivotal role in the £5 billion GBP renegotiation of the Metronet concession with Transport for London.

Sarfraaz is also known for his ability to turn around distressed projects and deliver practical, solution-oriented outcomes. His leadership style is defined by empowerment, strategic clarity, and a deep commitment to client success—qualities consistently recognized by peers and partners alike.
